All information provided through the Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Users remain solely responsible for financial decisions and actions taken based on information entered into the Service.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). PennyPockets does not store or process credit card information directly.

PennyPockets is not responsible for errors, security breaches, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service for commercial purposes without permission

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to PennyPockets for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
